Tan through swimwear is NOT new. Popular Mechanics reported on it as early as the 1970's. Just go nude and don't worry about the stupid swim wear.
Go nude - sure, I don't mind it, but not everbody if a fan of nude sunbathing. So when ever you can't (or don't want to) go naked - tan-through swimwear
